Teaching Assistant

Description:

The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant who has experience of working across Key Stages 1 and 2. The position will be class based in the morning and lead intervention groups in the afternoon to support individuals or groups of children.

The successful candidate will be:

• An excellent practitioner with high expectations of achievement and behaviour
• Highly motivated, adaptable and able to make a positive contribution to our school
• Show flexibility and draw on a range of strategies in helping pupils achieve positive outcomes in their learning
• Able to support the school’s Christian ethos.
