Description:

Longdon Park School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 7–18 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional complex needs. The school provides a therapeutic and inclusive learning environment, helping pupils develop essential skills for smooth life transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
• Support pupils in developing emotionally, physically, and academically.
• Engage pupils in outdoor experiences and off-site activities.
• Implement personalized learning strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborate with the school team to create impactful learning experiences.

Essential Requirements:

• English & Maths Level 2 Pass or GCSE C/Grade 4 and above.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
