Team Lead

Description:

One of my top clients is looking for an experienced consultant to oversee a team of 2 associate consultants, and manage a handful of profitable key accounts.

You'll inherit ownership of key clients, including Tier-1 Hedge Funds, Quantitative Trading Firms, and high-growth Series A-E start-ups.

The requirement for a team lead account manager comes as a result of the high volume of mandates which the team is delivering on, and the successful expansion of the business.

You'll focus on software engineering, infrastructure/network, and data/machine learning - placing into your key hedge fund accounts.

Requirements:

🔘 Experience recruiting for buy-side financial clients (hedge funds, prop trading houses, quant trading firms)

🔘 A strong consultant with a billing history, who is ready to take a step toward management

🔘 Managerial experience (ideal not not essential)

🔘 2+ years recruitment experience
