The Fixed Procurement Team Leader will be responsible for all of the fixed energy contract procurement activities. You will work closely with other Operational team managers as well as the Consultancy and Customer Service departments, and will assist where needed in the preparation, tendering and negotiation of utility contract renewals (gas, power and water).

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for conducting 121’s, performance management and OKR setting with the Procurement Manager. You will also assist with the onboarding of new team members, and coaching and leading the team while managing their workload.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Attending internal management meetings
  • Establishing clear and consistent communication channels
  • Tracking outstanding business and having regular communications to ensure clean contract delivery
  • Working closely with the Supplier Relationship Manager to establish SLA’s and KPI’s on pricing requests
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Producing and issuing accurate and timely recommendations to Consultants where required, ensuring systems are fully updated
  • Ensuring all data is accurate and meet company standards
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of all utility pricing elements for all supplier products and territories
  • Ensuring appropriate information is received by Consultus’ Finance team in order to claim commission/fees from suppliers
  • Any other duties as advised by the Line Manager
