Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with store management to support the daily operations of the store

• Take responsibility for a specific department or section—overseeing stock management, visual merchandising, sales performance, and planogram execution

• Manage till operations and fitting rooms as required

• Organize, direct, and assign tasks to Retail Assistants

• Coach and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional in-store environment and outstanding customer service

• Utilize Primark’s digital learning tools, apprenticeships, and career pathways to grow within the business
