Primark is seeking a Team Manager for its Meadowhall store in Sheffield. This is a dynamic leadership role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a department or section within the store, ensuring a smooth operation while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the management team to support the daily operations of the store.

• Manage an assigned department or section, including commercial planning, stock control, visual merchandising, and sales optimisation.

• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required to ensure smooth customer flow.

• Organise and assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants.

• Motivate and coach your team to enhance customer experience and drive sales performance.

• Leverage digital learning tools, apprenticeships, and career pathways for your own professional development.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment.

• Strong coaching and team management skills with the ability to engage and influence.

• Commercial awareness to drive sales performance and talent growth.

• Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
