Description:

Next, a leading UK retail brand, is looking for Delivery Team Members to join their London Brent Cross store team. This is a part-time on-site role focused on efficient product processing and maintaining high retail presentation standards.

As a Delivery Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring stock is accurately processed, well-organized, and readily available for customers. You’ll support both back-of-house delivery operations and front-of-store sales activities, showcasing exceptional teamwork and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and handle incoming stock to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, and organizing.

• Ensure all products are correctly displayed on the sales floor or stored neatly in stockrooms.

• Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organized operational areas.

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient customer service both on the sales floor and behind the scenes.

• Collaborate with coordinators and managers to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, efficient approach.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.

• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with pride in work quality.

• Ability to work independently and stay productive without supervision.

• Flexible, supportive, and willing to assist teammates when needed.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).

Shift Details:

• 12.25 hours per week

  • Sunday: 12:00 – 17:00

  • Friday: 10:00 – 14:00

  • Saturday: 17:00 – 20:30
