• Elicit and document business and system requirements aligned with strategic goals.
• Support design of future state digital platforms using tools like use cases, user journeys, and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party suppliers across various functions.
• Analyse existing systems and documentation to inform new solutions.
• Prioritise team tasks based on stakeholder and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and values.
• Certified Business Analyst (appropriate certification required).
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with digital platforms, mobile applications, and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
