This hire is critical to reducing reliance on external agencies and accelerating the shift to a truly automated, insight-led CRM engine.
The Technical CRM Manager will act as the in-house platform expert, owning the hands-on build, execution, and optimisation of CRM journeys and personalisation within Bloomreach.
