As the Technical Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading the technical development, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and robust security of the platform. You will customize and enhance the WordPress/WooCommerce setup, optimize server and database performance (MySQL/MariaDB), implement caching strategies (Redis, Opcache, Cloudflare/CDN), and ensure seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to the product strategy, develop advanced search and filtering tools, manage deployments with Git, and collaborate closely with the founding team on roadmap planning and innovative feature development.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in WordPress development (themes, plugins, REST API), a strong grasp of server performance optimization, and experience with caching layers, scalable infrastructure, and security best practices. You should possess a problem-solving mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to move quickly while iterating on solutions.
