Technical Manager

CTS Offshore and Marine Ltd is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our London team. If you have a background as a Technical Superintendent, in shipping/offshore wind, or with marine service companies, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage all technical aspects of the assigned project
• Provide technical leadership across project planning, execution, and close-out
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project goals
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and industry regulations
• Mentor and support junior technical staff

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in offshore wind, marine engineering, or superintendent roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent experience
• Right to work in the UK
