Technical Pre Sales Specialist

We are looking for as soon as possible for an experienced talent in Technical Pre-Sales for our brand new locations in London, or Zürich-City (Headquarter). In this role you will act as an intermediary between Sales and Professional Services and ensure a smooth process from Sales to Product delivery. This is your chance to work in an fast growing, motivated, collaborative and international team!

Your responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to new and existing customers
• Identifying customer needs
• Advise customers on how to meet their requirements with our products and forward customer requirements internally
• Specification of technical solutions
• Developing solutions for large and complex sales opportunities
• Build a technical relationship with potential and existing customers
• Provide customer-facing and technical support to the sales team

Your skills

• Strong analytical and communications skills and the ability to synthesize information easily
• Experience as an Engineer or Pre-Sales in the field of technology and IT services
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and/or O365/ Security- mandatory
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English (German in Switzerland), additional Language skills are a strong plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
