Description:
Holly Grove Consulting is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects within its fintech environment. The organization specializes in providing document management solutions across multiple sectors including financial services, logistics, and manufacturing. Their products focus on improving operational workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, and reducing overall costs.
In this role, the candidate will oversee the implementation of solutions related to automated document composition and archiving. The position demands thorough planning, execution, and monitoring of technical projects to meet established scope, budget, and timelines. The manager will also liaise with internal teams and clients, maintain quality control, and regularly report on project progress and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end delivery of document management products.
Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects in line with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain adherence to best practices and quality assurance standards.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
Coordinate resources and manage technical requirements.
Occasionally travel overseas to support customer project needs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical project management.
Proven background in fintech or document management is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Working Conditions:
Hybrid work arrangement with up to one day per week in-office presence in Hertford.
