CATTS – Civil Aviation Technical Training Solutions Ltd is seeking experienced aviation professionals to join its expert team as Technical Training Instructors for both Airbus and Boeing aircraft types. This is an outstanding opportunity for certified engineers or licensed instructors to deliver world-class aviation training within a globally respected organization.
Ideal for professionals available during March, April, and beyond, this long-term contract offers flexibility for remote or on-site instruction and the chance to contribute to the development of the next generation of aviation engineers and technicians.
Deliver high-quality technical instruction across Airbus and Boeing aircraft types, ensuring training excellence in accordance with EASA/CAA standards.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and assessments for licensed engineers and maintenance personnel.
Compile and develop examination questions and course materials relevant to assigned aircraft types.
Undertake invigilation duties and assist in managing examination processes when not delivering instruction.
Conduct first-day audits of training facilities before delivering any off-site training programs.
Support invigilators in preparing and conducting examinations, including pre-exam briefings and monitoring.
Coordinate and locally manage aircraft visits for hands-on training where applicable.
Participate in exam oversight to ensure compliance with invigilation and examination protocols.
Valid EASA/CAA Part-66 Licence.
Certified Part-147 Type Course qualification.
Proven instructional experience in one or more of the following aircraft types (desirable but not limited to):
Airbus A320 CEO & NEO
Airbus A330 CEO & NEO
Airbus A350
Boeing 787 (Dreamliner)
Boeing 777
Must have maintained recency within the last two years or completed a refresher course to ensure current technical proficiency.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners of varying experience levels.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards.
