The successful candidate will:
 

• Rotate through multiple engineering teams to gain hands-on experience in software development practices.
• Understand how delivery, quality assurance, and resource management are executed across different teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement.
• Feed insights back into a central function to help shape strategies that support our ambition of delivering the best developer experience in financial services.
   

This programme is designed to develop future technologists with a deep understanding of engineering.
