A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing Technology Governance team. This role supports a cutting-edge platform used across energy, commodities, and financial markets. You will work at the heart of Technology Governance, covering Finance, People, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, Risk & Controls, and Business Resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery of the internal Technology Finance framework: onboarding, budget allocations, approvals, cost reporting, optimisation, and financial governance.

• Ensure cost transparency and service value, collaborating with Finance, Supplier Management, and senior stakeholders.

• Partner with Technology Governance, Heads of Business Technology, and Service Owners to track, report, and optimise technology service costs.

• Support the Head of Technology Governance and CTO directly, influencing strategic decision-making and cost allocation.

Requirements / About You:

• ACA/CIMA/CFA professional qualification.

• Significant experience in Technology Finance / FP&A.

• Proven Finance Business Partner experience, including Month End, Budget, Forecasting.

• Experience managing technology vendor/supplier costs.

• Understanding of technology software capitalisation.

• Knowledge of vendor systems within the Derivatives and Clearing sector.

• Analytical approach to data management and reporting.

• Collaborative, proactive, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and networking skills.

• Strategic, forward-thinking, and agile in anticipating challenges.
