KSEYE Group is a bridging finance company that lends against property, the company is experiencing an exciting growth period and is now keen to welcome a telephone BDM into its growing team. If you have a background in sales, financial/property services and you enjoy talking to a variety of people, with the ability to turn a conversation into revenue for the company, please apply.
Responsibilities
- Network to generate new business for the company and implement new, innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
- Build long lasting relationships with new and existing clients and brokers.
- Make outgoing calls to generate and chase up leads.
- Provide point of contact for all inbound client/broker queries.
- Work with clients to ensure timely completion of their bridging finance deals.
- Chase all parties to ensure a smooth client experience and quick loan completion.
- Deal with email enquiries and answer any client questions.
- Assist clients with the completion of loan application forms.
- Maintain the company database with new information following customer calls.
- Complete logs to create accurate, detailed files for each customer or broker, providing insight into the target audience and what they want from KSEYE.
- Identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Keep up to date with and ensure continuous research into products.
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in financial services, property finance or sales industry is desired.
- CeMAP qualified desired, but not essential.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
