Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full tenancy progression process from offer agreed to tenant move-in.

• Ensure full compliance with UK lettings laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Draft tenancy agreements and prepare all required compliance documentation.

• Maintain accurate records, updating all internal systems promptly and accurately.

• Communicate professionally and effectively with landlords, tenants, and colleagues at every stage.

Requirements:

• ARLA qualification (essential).

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in tenancy progression or an equivalent role.

• Strong knowledge of the UK tenancy lifecycle, compliance requirements, and legal obligations.

• Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Professional, calm, and articulate manner under pressure.
