As a Territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing. You will develop new business opportunities, cross-sell Cloudflare’s expanding suite of SaaS and security solutions, and strengthen long-term relationships with enterprise customers. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong sales expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory.

  • Drive the full sales cycle including outreach, qualification, proposal, and contract negotiation.

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and performance KPIs.

  • Leverage frameworks such as MEDDPICC (or equivalent) to prioritize opportunities and maximize pipeline efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives, Marketing, and Product teams to align outreach and track campaign performance.

  • Create compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.

  • Maintain accurate sales information in Salesforce (SFDC) and follow internal processes to ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Engage with C-level stakeholders across target organizations.

  • Support attendance and follow-up for industry/customer events and webinars.

  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in sales and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity sectors.

  • Proven success selling into mid-enterprise and enterprise customers.

  • Strong ability to create new pipeline opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Sales-oriented, results-driven, and resilient with a hunter mentality.

  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
