Description:
Ambu A/S is seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Manager – Pulmonology to lead sales efforts across a significant regional territory including West London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Dorset, and Berkshire. This field-based role focuses on promoting Ambu’s innovative Pulmonology product range—including bronchoscopes and associated airway management solutions—to NHS and private sector healthcare providers.
In this role, you will be a brand ambassador working across both acute and non-acute clinical settings. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders such as Procurement teams, Clinical Directors, Infection Control units, and frontline medical staff (doctors and nurses). You will have autonomy to manage your schedule, with approximately four days per week in the field, making it essential that you reside within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and convert opportunities by identifying customer needs and mapping all relevant decision-makers
Communicate technical product information and compelling health-economic arguments to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Maintain and manage CRM records and sales pipeline, reporting quarterly to the Regional Sales Manager, Pulmonology
Collect and share market intelligence with internal teams to support strategic planning
Deliver product presentations and in-field product support in clinical environments
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven track record of sales success within NHS frameworks
Clinical background or experience working in NHS settings
Ability to present and negotiate value-based pricing and product benefits
Skilled communicator able to engage with all levels of hospital staff, from procurement to clinicians
Self-motivated, personable, and goal-oriented with strong initiative
Capable of addressing topical healthcare issues affecting stakeholders
Must hold a full, clean driving license and have flexibility for travel
Completion of an accredited Theatre Access Course is an added advantage
