The Territory Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Wellspect bladder and bowel products to hospitals and community healthcare staff across the territories GL, SN, BS, BA, NP, and CF. This role requires a blend of clinical knowledge, sales expertise, and strategic territory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the customer expert for Wellspect bladder and bowel products (Intermittent self-catheterisation and Transanal irrigation).
Apply the sales process effectively across diverse customer interactions to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analyse market trends using sales data and develop a territory business plan with the sales team to capitalize on current and future opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer usage of Wellspect products.
Provide detailed product education using literature, promotional materials, and demonstrations.
Attend exhibitions and company meetings as required.
Ensure compliance with all company and information governance requirements.
Collaborate on marketing programs, monitor results, and ensure consistent and professional campaigns.
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent industry experience.
Excellent product and industry knowledge.
Proven success in sales with passion for best practice.
Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
Familiarity with using CRM systems effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills to interpret business information such as IMS data and Select reports.
Professional selling skills and excellent communication/presentation abilities.
Willingness to undertake regular UK business travel.
Valid local driving license required.
