Description:
Howdens, the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join its growing sales team in London. With over 900 depots across the UK and Europe and annual sales of around £2.3bn, Howdens continues to expand and is looking for motivated, ambitious sales professionals to contribute to its growth.
The Territory Sales Representative will play a key role in building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential new account holders. You will actively seek opportunities to grow the customer base, achieve and exceed sales targets, and provide customers with a full understanding of the Howdens model and its benefits.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will organize your own schedule to maximize business development opportunities, while also collaborating with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert leads into successful sales. Regular participation in team sales meetings and sharing best practices with peers will also be expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential account holders.
Secure new accounts through a range of sales and business development methods.
Ensure account base across depots continues to grow consistently.
Provide customers with a comprehensive understanding of the Howdens model and value proposition.
Work closely with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to increase sales conversion.
Participate in sales meetings, sharing best practices with other Territory Sales Representatives.
Independently identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
Organize and manage your own diary to maximize customer engagement.
