Test Lead

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong knowledge of the UK utilities sector (electricity, gas, water) to lead QA efforts for a UK-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute test strategy and test plans
• Manage end-to-end testing (Functional, Integration, UAT)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with UK utilities regulations
• Track and manage defects, risks, and test metrics

Requirements:

• 8+ years in QA/testing, with team leadership experience
• Strong domain knowledge of UK utilities
• Hands-on with JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management tools
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• ISTQB certification preferred
