Yeomans Volkswagen TPS Cornwall is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join their dynamic team in Indian Queens. As a key member of the sales division, you will be responsible for driving parts sales, meeting performance targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve personal and team KPI and revenue targets.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable parts to fulfill sales requirements.

  • Use product promotions effectively to increase revenue and achieve sales growth.

  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize profit.

  • Stay informed about new and updated parts through regular training and updates.

Customer Relations

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with trade and retail clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Efficiently manage customer visits and enquiries at the TPS Centre.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Internal Coordination

  • Maintain accurate customer records in line with Data Protection Act guidelines.

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding credit status and account matters.

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff, delivery drivers, and management to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Systems & Processes

  • Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries within service-level targets (SLA).

  • Utilize internal systems such as EKTA/vin-lookup for accurate parts identification and order processing.

  • Complete all required administrative documentation promptly and accurately.

  • Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and efficient at all times.


Key Competencies:

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

  • Understanding of the automotive customer buying cycle.

  • Excellent communication and telephone manner.

  • High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

  • Effective time management and ability to perform under pressure.

  • Good IT proficiency and adaptability to internal systems.


Experience & Knowledge Required:

  • Prior experience in parts sales, distribution operations, or telesales.

  • Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with motor trade environments preferred.


Working Hours:

  • 44 hours per week

  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
