Trade Floor Support

Description:

Your role will be to support the front office traders at an investment bank. Dealing with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support issues.

Experience required:

• Must have worked in a trade floor support role recently and for more than 3 year.
• Experience of fixing core system infrastructure related to trading platforms and systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters terminals as well as third-party systems like TradeWeb, Market Axess etc
• Good Microsoft support skills for desktop
• Technical strength in Cisco and Citrix software and applications is preferred.
