POST Recruitment are working with a Social Performance Marketing Agency based in Leeds in their search for a Junior Paid Social Executive. The agency are in an exciting period of growth and you’ll be joining an extremely ambitious and talented team. My client works with exciting start up disruptive brands to help them reach their target audience across various digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join their digital marketing agency as they grow and expand into new markets. You will be trained and develop comprehensive skills in media buying and social media marketing as well as a number of other processes key to the agency.

• Managing social media advertising campaigns for clients.
• Liaising with clients and reporting on campaign metrics.
• Producing and utilising in-depth analytics reports to improve performance.
• Keeping up-to-date with key industry developments.

What we need from you–

• Digital Marketing qualification and/or a relevant degree
• Entrepreneurial nature with a genuine passion for building success as part of a team
• A passion for data analysis and a keen interest in business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when discussing projects with management and other team members
• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks accordingly
• Most importantly an open and honest attitude with a thirst to learn and immerse yourself within the business
• Ideally, 1 years experience in a similar role is preferred. Any additional extra training will be provided however we are open to interview ambitious graduates looking to take their first step into Digital Marketing
• Again the candidate MUST have a keen interest in learning about digital marketing, data, data analysis and numbers in general
• Strong A Level results in Maths and English essential
