We are the not-for-profit recruitment practice for UK registered charities and for purpose organisations. Our aim is to work with not-for-profit organisations to aid their recruitment process and help them hire more efficiently, effectively, and inclusively.

As a start-up for purpose organisation that is being incubated by a larger recruitment practice we are looking to grow quickly over the next three years so need people who want to grow their career at pace. You will have the chance to have your say on how we grow and how we develop as an organisation. This could not be more exciting for people who care about recruitment and are passionate about the charity and not-for-profit space.

To be successful in recruitment, you need determination, confident communication skills with individuals at all levels, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly. Recruitment is not always an easy ride, so a positive mindset and resilience is essential. You will need to be:
