Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

• Build and manage your own client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and pitching.

• Source high-level candidates and manage the full recruitment process.

• Become a market expert in your chosen sector.

• Own your digital presence, including LinkedIn and personal brand marketing.

• Work directly with decision-makers in fast-moving industries.

• Close deals, hit targets, and earn commission from day one.

Requirements:

• Confident and persuasive communicator, phone or in-person.

Benefits & Perks:

• Base salary: £24,000 + uncapped commission.

• Year 1 OTE: £30k–£45k+, Year 2: £50k–£70k+, Year 3+: £70k–£100k+.
