Description:

Oxford Outcomes, as part of Outcomes First Group, is seeking a highly motivated Training and Induction Co-ordinator to join Acorn Park School, a specialist education provider for pupils with autism and complex needs in Banham, Norfolk. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that all staff are fully inducted, trained, and compliant with internal and external training requirements, enabling them to confidently support pupils with SEND.

The school caters to around 160 pupils, providing both day and residential placements across a 30-acre site with extensive facilities including Forest School, Animal Care Farm, sensory rooms, and sports areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the induction process from Day 1 through probation, including school tours, IT access, buddy system, and policy orientation.

  • Monitor staff progress and support line managers during probation reviews.

  • Manage training compliance using the Shine platform, ensuring accurate reporting.

  • Organise and record external training needs with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

  • Deliver in-house training including Safety Intervention, First Aid, and Medication administration.

  • Maintain accurate training records and generate compliance reports.

Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade 4/C or above.
