Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Description:

Redan Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled and commercially minded Manager – Transaction Advisory Services to join a dynamic team serving mid-market private equity clients. This role places you at the centre of transaction activity, advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side engagements and working with high-growth businesses through various stages of investment and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage acquisition due diligence for new platform investments and bolt-on acquisitions

• Conduct vendor due diligence (VDD) and vendor assistance (VA) for sell-side mandates

• Advise high-growth companies as they scale operations through investment and strategic deals

• Act as a trusted advisor to private equity clients, helping guide strategic decisions

• Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the deal cycle

Candidate Requirements:

• Significant experience in transaction services within a mid-market or private equity-focused environment

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver insights that support deal success

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to run client engagements autonomously
