Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on corporate, funds, or banking & finance transactions.

• Handle high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Work closely with senior lawyers and international clients.

• Contribute to maintaining the firm’s high-quality legal standards.

Essential Requirements

• 3–8 PQE in corporate, funds, or banking & finance law.

• Admitted to practice in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada.

• Experience at a leading law firm with excellent academic credentials.

• Strong desire to live and work in Bermuda.

Desirable Attributes

• Flexibility for candidates outside the stated PQE range if they demonstrate relevant experience and competencies.
