Description:
A global organisation is looking for a Transformation Manager for its finance operations in the Newcastle Shared Services Centre. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract role where the Transformation Manager will lead continuous improvement initiatives, improve processes, and standardise operations across international finance hubs. You will manage a portfolio of process improvement initiatives, build governance frameworks, and drive accountability within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement efforts across finance delivery teams.
Align operations across multiple global finance hubs.
Build and maintain transformation governance, planning, and risk management frameworks.
Facilitate team workshops and lead strategic transformation reviews.
Track progress, surface insights, and manage corrective actions.
Maintain detailed project documentation and report to leadership.
Ideal Requirements:
Proven experience in managing finance or shared services transformation programmes.
Hands-on, structured approach to operational improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Confidence using project management methodologies and tools.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
