Travel Claims Handler

We're growing our Travel/A&H claims team, and we're looking to hire a Travel Claims Fraud Handler to join us at our Ipswich Waterfront offices!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for investigating and handling potential fraudulent travel insurance claims. Your expertise will help us maintain the integrity of our claims process and ensure fair outcomes for our clients.

How You'll Make An Impact

You’ll be responsible for reviewing incoming claims where potential red flags or fraud concerns have been raised by the claims handler, and to utilise established criteria and guidelines to determine which claims require further investigation.
 

• Assist fraud investigators appointed by our clients by gathering and coordinating relevant documentation and evidence
• Conduct preliminary research to support deeper investigations into suspicious claims
• Liaise with claimants to request additional information or clarification as needed
• Maintain detailed records of all validation activities, including findings and actions taken

• You’re able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of Travel and A&H claims handling
• You can effectively communicate through both verbal and written correspondence
• You are analytical and are passionate about problem-solving
• You have attention to detail and can effectively focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment
