Key Responsibilities

Reporting into our Accounts Payable Team Leader, this role will also involve, but not be limited to:

  • Preparation of Bank account reconciliation and maintenance
  • Preparation & posting of journals (Oracle) and journal register
  • Banking Administration activities
  • Liaise with OTC and PTP teams when managing queries
  • Ensure all management information is reported in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain clear, and precise records to ensure an adequate audit trail
  • Liaison with all Kier entities both FSSC and Business Units
