I am delighted to be partnering once again with the brilliant team at Rory’s Travel Club, one of Ireland’s fastest-growing travel communities. Known for bringing people together through unforgettable trips both at home and abroad, they have built a loyal following by making travel more enjoyable, more social, and more accessible.

We are now looking for a Group Trips Administrator to join their Belfast office. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, personable, and genuinely passionate about creating smooth and memorable travel experiences.

The Role

This is a key position within the team, focused on coordinating and supporting Rory’s growing programme of group trips. You will take ownership of all administrative tasks, from managing member emails and setting up trip WhatsApp groups, to liaising with travel partners, confirming bookings, and hosting pre-departure Zoom calls.

You will play an important part in ensuring every traveller feels supported and excited ahead of their trip. There may also be opportunities to travel on some of the group trips yourself, helping out on the ground and experiencing the journeys first-hand.

What You’ll Have
 

  • Experience in administration, customer service, or travel coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and Zoom
  • A friendly, professional manner with a genuine interest in travel and people
  • The ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure
