Trustee

Description:

We are actively seeking two new trustees to strengthen and diversify the board of Kidenza.

Kidenza is a charitable incorporated organization, specialising in high quality, live, orchestral concerts in schools.

The Role

·       To ensure that there is good governance of all matters relating to the charity.

·       To offer support and guidance to the CEO

·       Be an ambassador for Kidenza especially to those who might not otherwise hear about the organisation.

·       Bring strong personal networks, and a willingness to leverage them in support of Kidenza.

·       Be able to devote the necessary time and resources to being a trustee, specifically attending meetings and being available for occasional consultation.
