What you'll be doing

• Own and execute the UK marketing strategy, with a focus on driving high-quality traffic and accelerating growth across our UK marketplaces.
• Develop and manage social marketing initiatives, including performance-driven affiliate programmes.
• Develop and manage offshore social media VAs, ensuring high-quality execution and consistent alignment with our brand.
• Test and validate strategies internally before delegating, ensuring we hand off fully refined, strategic workflows to the VA team.
• Lead paid and organic influencer collaborations, from sourcing creators to managing relationships and measuring impact.
• Strategise ways to generate large-scale visibility for our games across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube by contributing ideas for creative, engaging content and supporting smart distribution plans.
