Description:
Ogilvy UK is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced UK Reward Manager to join their People Team in a newly created position. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the UK reward strategy for one of the most globally influential creative agencies. Reporting directly into leadership and partnering with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and senior business stakeholders, this role will be critical in designing and executing compensation and reward frameworks that align with both UK-specific needs and Ogilvy's global goals.
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in reward architecture, pay benchmarking, benefits administration, bonus reviews, pay gap reporting, mobility, compliance, and data governance. The role is based in London and will follow Ogilvy’s hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement the global job architecture strategy in the UK, ensuring consistent job levelling.
Oversee mobility-related tasks including cross-market hires and remote working arrangements.
Drive the annual compensation benchmarking and salary range development processes.
Lead the bonus and salary review cycles, including executive pay recommendations.
Manage UK benefits enrollment, administration, and communications.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure equitable and competitive compensation offers.
Develop and maintain executive compensation data and ensure compliance with UK pay governance.
Lead gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.
Regularly review allowances, incentive eligibility, and recommend updates.
Support data accuracy initiatives in collaboration with Payroll, Workday, and People Operations.
Collaborate globally within WPP’s Reward community and support Global Programmes.
Design and implement local recognition schemes.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Solid background in UK reward strategy with global coordination experience.
Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Workday is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data simply.
Familiarity with job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary structuring, and compliance.
Experience leading annual and mid-year compensation reviews.
Previous experience working with external reward partners is advantageous.
Knowledge of UK gender pay gap reporting requirements.
