Uk Sales Manager

 

Description:

You will have a successful track record in Sales and Campaign Management within this area, the ability to lead multifunctional teams, and show a proven ability to find and drive new business to successful closure.

How You Will Contribute To The Team
 

  • Achieve the teams budgeted target for contracted and new business, meeting order intake, sales and gross margin expectations
  • Provide effective management of sales funnel and business pipeline to close and track new business
  • Develop relationships with customers at senior level
  • Work closely with other teams and Senior Management within ADS to meet business, EBIT and revenue objectives
  • Deliver against individual targets in order to accomplish revenue objectives
  • Work with ADS Executive Management on identifying and executing new strategic areas for revenue and EBIT growth
     

About You
 

  • Demonstrable track record of managing sales campaigns in Military SatCom and global connectivity markets
  • A strong grasp of telecommunications and/or satellite technology
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, plan and conduct contract negotiations and present in a compelling manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and customers
