Description:
Provide an office-based, inbound point of contact for the sales team and their clients & prospects.
General sales administration for the sales team. Update and manage internal management information systems, such as Salesforce, Fishtank, Financial Express.
Help with the preparation of presentations and general marketing materials. Provide marketing material and data to clients and prospects, as required.
Help to coordinate ongoing events and webinars.
Work with Client Reporting to ensure timely monthly and quarterly reporting on funds. • Handle all Back office related queries.
Be aware of industry trends and how the firm’s funds fit within this.
Likely to have at least two years’ industry experience, ideally in a sales support environment, with a foundation knowledge of UK investment and distribution.
A friendly individual who is a collaborative team player and offers a flexible, mature and self-organised approach, with the ability to use initiative.
Possess a good understanding of the UK Wholesale marketplace. Ideally familiar with the types of clients the role will focus on; National DFMs, IFA Wealth Managers, Family Offices, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with the interpersonal skills to influence and persuade both internally and externally.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Experience of Salesforce/Fish tank/Financial Express is preferred.
Ideally, IMC qualified, or evidence of working towards this / a desire to work towards this.
