Ukg Consultant

Description:

AA Business Consulting is looking for a skilled UKG Consultant with expertise in UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions) to support system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting for workforce management solutions. The consultant will also work with Passport (crew planning and scheduling software) to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Configure and maintain UKG Pro WFM (Timekeeping, Absence, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics)
✔ Integrate and support Passport software for crew planning and scheduling
✔ Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to gather requirements and optimize workforce solutions
✔ Perform system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements for UKG Dimensions
✔ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for UKG Dimensions and Passport users
✔ Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on different modules
✔ Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and generate analytical reports
✔ Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices
✔ Develop KEDB documentation for incident management and analysis
✔ Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for UKG Dimensions and Passport

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR, or a related field
✅ Proven experience in UKG Pro WFM (Kronos Dimensions) – Timekeeping, Absence, Scheduling, and Analytics
✅ Strong knowledge of workforce management solutions and best practices
✅ Experience with system integrations and data migration
✅ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Knowledge of SQL and database management tools (Preferred)
✅ Experience with Passport application and SAP HR (Nice to have)
