Description:
As the team Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing them with technical guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop the engineering vision and strategies of the Engineering Department.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of game development, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Work with stakeholders to translate game concepts into technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high coding standards.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation, offering technical insights and recommendations.
- Take part in the engineering hiring process to select candidates for engineering roles.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement comprehensive testing strategies for bug-free and polished mobile games.
