User Experience Writer

Description:

Randstad Digital is seeking a creative User Experience Writer / Content Designer to join their Trust & Safety UX Team. The role involves crafting words that guide, inspire, and enhance user experiences across digital platforms. This position offers the opportunity to influence user interactions by turning complex ideas into clear, engaging content while collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to elevate user experience through content.

• Write clear, concise, and engaging microcopy, UI text, and user guides.

• Ensure consistent voice and tone across all user touchpoints.

• Conduct user research and testing to validate content effectiveness.

• Stay updated with industry trends to improve content strategy and UX writing practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

• Portfolio demonstrating UX/content design work.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Rate: £193/day PAYE or £256/day Umbrella
