Design the Future of Digital Insurance: UX/UI Designer (Figma) – Mobile & Web App

ARTECH Consultancy Limited, a UK-based tech company specializing in secure digital platforms for membership and insurance clients, is seeking a freelance UX/UI Designer proficient in Figma to lead the design of a new mobile and web app for over 20,000 users. This role offers flexibility, remote work, and an opportunity to shape user experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft intuitive and accessible user journeys across iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms

• Design flows for registration, ID verification, policy & premium management, and secure document uploads

• Build a complete Figma design system, including typography, components, spacing, and tokens

• Create interactive and clickable Figma prototypes for stakeholder feedback and development handoff

• Ensure all designs comply with UK accessibility standards and follow mobile-first principles

Requirements:

• Proficient in Figma with a solid portfolio demonstrating strong UX, clean visual design, and attention to detail

• Experience designing mobile apps and responsive web interfaces

• Familiarity with UK UX and accessibility standards

• Ability to iterate quickly and incorporate stakeholder feedback

• Bonus experience with:

  • ID verification or fintech/insurance/membership portals

  • Motion design, interactive prototyping, or Figma animation

  • Agile collaboration with development teams (especially React Native or Swift)

• Duration: 4–8 weeks

• Hours: Flexible (part-time or full-time)
