Validation Engineer

This innovative space technology business is developing next-generation satellite payload and communications platforms, delivering high-performance solutions for global connectivity. The team are now looking for an Embedded Software Test & Validation Engineer to support the system-level testing and validation of advanced baseband and antenna products.

You’ll work closely with software, hardware and RF teams to define test strategies, investigate system-level issues and help drive product quality across complex embedded platforms.

For this Embedded Software Test & Validation Engineer role, we are looking for someone with:

• Experience testing embedded systems
• Ability to develop and execute system test plans
• Strong Python experience for test automation platforms
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI tools (e.g. Jenkins, Docker)
• Experience using hardware test equipment
• Ideally, knowledge of RF fundamentals or satellite/communications systems
