Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively canvass and acquire new B2B accounts (retailers, independent grocers, and wholesalers).
- Account Management: Maintain and grow existing relationships through regular visits and exceptional service.
- Sales Execution: Meet and exceed strict sales targets and KPIs.
- Logistics: Manage stock levels within the vehicle, ensuring timely delivery and professional presentation of products.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in the FMCG or ethnic grocery sector).
- Licensing: Must hold a valid UK Full Driving License.
- Cultural Competency: Strong familiarity with South Asian (Indian) food markets and consumer preferences.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and hit targets in a competitive landscape.
Compensation & Benefits
- Remuneration: This is a Commission-Only position, offering high earning potential for top performers.
- Probation: An intensive 8 to 10-month probation period to ensure a perfect fit for our high-performance culture.
