Description:
Our Client Care Associates are the first point of contact for anyone visiting our practices and we require a friendly and professional approach, and discretion where required. The main duties of the role:
- Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospital/practice
- Answering telephones and diverting or taking messages ensuring prompt delivery and accurate details.
- Monitoring practice email and directing enquiries to the relevant department
- Accurately inputting patient data to the computer system as required
- Dealing with all general enquiries, explaining procedures in place and making new and follow up appointments.
- Processing repeat prescription requests ensuring the pharmacy receive in a timely manner.
- Advising patients of relevant charges, taking payments and providing receipts and invoices where applicable.
- Ensuring that waiting areas, reception and patient toilets are kept clean, tidy and stocked up.
- Working as a team to assist the Practice Manager in the debt recovery process.
