Veterinary Surgeon

Join a well-established, family-owned veterinary practice located in the Ventura Shopping Centre, Tamworth. The practice boasts a supportive, collaborative team environment with some staff having over 20 years of service. It offers state-of-the-art equipment, including ultrasound, dental, and digital x-ray, and is undergoing a large refurbishment.

This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a surgical bias looking to expand their surgical skills. The practice offers a varied caseload and real opportunities for development, including the potential to become a lead veterinary surgeon.

Work Schedule:

• 4 days per week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays

• No Sundays or out-of-hours (OOH) work

• Part-time hours considered

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation, surgical, and medical services to clients and their pets

• Manage sole charge duties comfortably in a fast-paced environment

• Participate actively in a supportive team to develop clinical skills

• Deliver excellent animal welfare and customer care
