Vice President Corporate Finance

A global Private Equity-backed business services group, with a turnover exceeding $600 million and operations spanning 250 offices in 60 countries, is seeking a results-driven Vice President (VP) of Corporate Finance to join its London-based finance team. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this high-impact role requires strategic acumen, cross-border financial leadership, and deep private equity exit experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A):

  • Lead end-to-end management of the company’s global M&A processes

  • Oversee financial due diligence, valuation modeling, and deal execution

  • Drive the private equity exit process, including data room setup, investor materials, and model refinements

  • Collaborate with corporate development teams for post-acquisition integration, synergy realization, and performance tracking

  • Evaluate strategic investments, joint ventures, and divestments

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Develop and enhance long-term financial planning models aligned with business strategy

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across global operations

  • Deliver accurate, insightful monthly performance reports, KPI analysis, and board presentations

  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial trends and operational drivers

  • Support stakeholder reporting including investors, lenders, and executive board

Treasury Management:

  • Lead transformation of global treasury to support rapid growth and international operations

  • Manage FX hedging strategies and global currency exposure

  • Oversee liquidity, cash flow planning, and capital deployment

  • Interface with external debt advisors and ensure covenant compliance

  • Optimize treasury functions including banking, payment operations, and fee management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification

  • 7+ years in finance roles within PE-backed firms, with experience in a successful exit

  • Strong M&A, FP&A, and treasury expertise in an international business setting

  • Solid technical grounding in IFRS and global finance operations

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence board-level decisions

  • Able to manage multiple projects under pressure, while maintaining high-quality standards
