Video Producer

 

Description:

We’re looking for a hard-working, driven, creative individual, with demonstrable experience in high-quality video production, who loves football. Reporting to the head of production and working closely with the video editor, the producer will be at the centre of day-to-day video production at The Coaches’ Voice. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing video content across The Coaches’ Voice platforms: CV Academy, The Coaches’ Voice YouTube channel and more.

 

The successful candidate will prep video edits; oversee in-house video edits; manage freelance motion graphics resources; paper-edit and rough-cut on different projects; write scripts; and plan, organise, and direct shoots. The role requires a multi-skilled and flexible producer, who will be able to hit the ground running and take ownership of a busy edit schedule. The video producer will need to be organised, able to create treatments and respond creatively to briefs, be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and have impeccable attention to detail and high editorial standards.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, professional video content aimed at a coaching audience for CV Academy and related platforms

• Produce/manage day-to-day video edits for all platforms

• Produce/manage motion graphic edits

• Rough-cut video content

• Research

• Maintain media library (including logs)

• Organise and attend shoots as required

• Co-ordinate content with the head of production and video editor

• Take ownership of quality control on all video output

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in a role as a producer/assistant producer (video)

• Knowledge of the workflows and processes required to produce high-quality video from planning to delivery

• Media management experience

• Ability to cut on Premiere Pro to a good standard

• Impeccable attention to detail

• High editorial standards and good research skills

• Excellent organisational skills

• Capable of managing multiple projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines

• A high level of written English and experience in scriptwriting

• Experience attending shoots, and the motivation to take a hands-on role during shoots

• Deep knowledge of football
